Sunday the 5th of may we started the day by visiting the Neues Palais in Potsdam. The weather was better than we could have wished for and therefore we went to take a walk in the Parken Sanssouci. It was huge and we walked at least 2 kilometres from the Neues Palais to the other end of the park where we saw another building. They grow a lot of fruit in fruit houses. They use some of the fruit to make wine. One thing that we noticed while we walked was the lack of trashcans, but we think that was the only thing we could criticize. We also saw this beautiful Chinese-inspired house that was placed in the park. Julia were celebrating her confirmation in the Parken Sanssouci and she told me that many people use the Parken Sanssouci to celebrate big events.
